DevSeerAI integrates with GitHub to analyze issues and pull requests, generate task breakdowns, development plans, and recommendations, and optionally post comments back to GitHub. The Service may leverage third-party AI providers to generate insights.
You may provide content such as repository metadata, issues, pull requests, code snippets, or comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant DevSeerAI a non-exclusive license to process, store, analyze, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including through third-party processors acting on our behalf.
The Service integrates with GitHub and may use third-party AI providers. Your use of GitHub and third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We process data as necessary to operate the Service, including repository identifiers, issue and PR content, and usage telemetry. Where applicable, we minimize data retention and honor deletion requests. For more details, contact us using the information below.
If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect you.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service and its content other than User Content. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without restriction.
The Service and any outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Generated plans and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevSeerAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DevSeerAI from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated below. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email when possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
